Dr. Kenneth Whitworth

Doctor Whitworth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from the University of California, Irvine. He then pursued a professional baseball career for 2 years. After injury ended his baseball career, he returned to dental school where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. He graduated with Cum Laude honors from the University of California, Los Angeles Dental School. While at UCLA, Dr. Whitworth received the Honorary Omicron Kappa Upsilon award, given to the top 5 students in the class. He then received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Harvard University Medical School. He completed an internship and a two-year residency in General Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He also completed an additional two years of Oral & Maxillofacial residency at Beth Israel/Deaconess, Brigham & Women’s’, Massachusetts General, and Children’s Hospitals in Boston. During that time, Dr. Whitworth received extensive training in all facets of oral surgery. A special area of interest has been in the preparation and placement of over a thousand dental implants.

Dr. Justin Messina

Dr. Justin Messina, D.M.D., M.D. is a board certified, dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating number one in his class, serving as President of the prestigious Matthew Cryer Honor Society, and gaining membership into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society upon his graduation. He then pursued six-years of training at the Harvard Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program, earning his medical degree from Harvard Medical School.
